JAMMU, Jan 4: Director Health Services Jammu Dr. Rajeev Kumar Sharma, during tour of District Udhampur visited Ayushman Arogya Mandir PHC Garhi Block Tikri to assess public health care delivery system in the Health institution. DHS-J took round of all sections of the Health institution including OPD, Labour room, Laboratory section, Dental Section, MCH Section and Wards. DHS Check the records and register in all section and interacted with the Medical officer, paramedical staff and patients. DHS was satisfied with the working of the Hospital. DHS was accompained by CMO Udhampur Dr. Anil Manhas, Dy. CMO and BMO Tikri during his visit.
Later DHS chaired a meeting at CMO Office with Chief Medical Officer, Medical Superintendent, Dy.CMO and Block Medical Officers of respective blocks of District Udhampur. DHS took note of status of National Health Programmes/Centrally Sponsored Schemes and directed concerned to put in more efforts to achieve targets allotted under respective schemes in the stipulated time. DHS gave a patient hearing to grievances put forward by BMOs and assured to fulfil them at the earliest. |
