| IMO organizes two days yoga camp | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 17- Indigenous Medicine Organization, in collaboration with Jain Vishwa University Ladnun Rajasthan, organized a two-day yoga camp at New Era Environmental School, which concluded here today. On the first day of the camp about 300 students of 6th, 7th and 8th clashes participated in the camp. During the camp, special techniques of Yoga were imparted to the students in an effort to raise their power of concentration towards their studies, besides enhancing their memory power. Special Yoga Asans and Preksha Dhyan were taught to the students in a bid to control their anger and lead a disciplined life. Dr. Mahesh Sharma, a Post Graduate in Living Science and Yoga, who imparted the training during the camp, said such camps are need of the hour, particularly among the students community who are facing different kinds of stress and strain, besides lack of tolerance power. On the occasion, Principal of the institution Prabha Jain said there was a positive response to the camp and appreciated the efforts of IMO for organizing such camps. She felt the need to have more such camps in future for the overall physical and mental well being of the students. Dr. Ashok Kumar and Dr. Anil Sharma, Dr. Tarun Singh members of the association were also present on the occasion.
