Jammu, Feb 17: With government nearly coming to standstill, the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has constituted a Cabinet Subcommittee to negotiate with the agitating employees.
This follows a detailed discussion the Chief Minister had this evening with his Cabinet colleagues. The Subcommittee will meet the employees tomorrow at 11 AM.
Among others, the Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Tara Chand and Finance Minister, Mr. Abdul Rahim Rather were also present.
The five-member Cabinet Subcommittee will be headed by Finance Minister, Mr. Abdul Rahim Rather and have ministers, Peerzada Mohammad Sayeed, Mr. Ali Mohammad Sagar, Mr. Taj Mohi-ud-din and Mr. Surjit Singh Slathia as Members.
