SKUAST hosts insightful international guest lecture on social media marketing strategies

JAMMU, Jan 18: The Division of Agricultural Economics & Agribusiness Management at SKUAST-Jammu recently organized a highly informative online international guest lecture featuring Prof. Dilip S Mutum from Monash University Malaysia. Prof. Mutum, a distinguished faculty member specializing in marketing and head of the university's digital transformation research cluster, delivered a thought-provoking lecture on "Surfing the Social Wave: Social Media Marketing Strategies for Entrepreneurs" to the students.
The event commenced with a warm welcome by Prof. Jyoti Kachroo, Head of the Division, who provided a brief overview of the division's activities and programs. Prof. Mutum's lecture delved into the dynamic world of social media marketing, a crucial aspect of contemporary business.
Given the integral role of social media in the business landscape, Prof. Mutum shared insights into leveraging social media platforms effectively to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and profitability.
