Strengthen party base at booth level to ensure BJP's resounding victory: Kavinder

JAMMU, Jan 28: Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta on Sunday urged party cadre to strengthen BJP at booth level for ensuring party's resounding victory in all the forthcoming political battles as strong booths are the guarantee to victory.
The BJP stalwart leader was addressing an impressive gathering here at Beli Charana after scores of women joined the party fold with a mission to lead the party towards record breaking victory in upcoming Lok Sabha and Assembly polls. He said that BJP is the only party which is committed to serve the people, meet the challenges faced by Jammu and Kashmir and make it a part of the country's growth story.
Kavinder asked the party leaders to reach out to prospective voters comprising women, youth and other segments to disseminate information about the party's plan and policies so that doubts created by opposition should be warded off successfully. He laid stress on strengthening organizational setup to the hilt so that the party's triumph at all the political contests could be ensured in the coming future.
Kavinder said that it is important to bring the voter to the polling booth and efforts should be made by the party workers to meet this challenge through strong resolve and conviction. He said that ground level workers are the real ambassadors of the party as their efforts can prove to be the game changer especially to get favourable results in elections.
Earlier, District President Rekha Mahajan welcomed the new entrants to the party fold at Booth No 10, Beli Charana in presence of Vinay Gupta, Bharat Bhushan, Narinder Koki, Divya Jain. She said that BJP has lots of expectations from the newly joined women workers. She urged them to work with dedication to further strengthen party base at booth level and ensure historic win of the party in upcoming elections.
Those who joined the party fold include Mahera Begum, Noreen Mir, Meena Devi, Manju Devi, Pritam Kour, Rajinder Singh, Monika, Santoshi, Kajal Sharma, Pritama Rana, Pushpa Devi, Shakti Devi, Vidiya and Sheetal.
Earlier, the gathering listened keenly to Prime Minister's Mann Ki Baat programme.
Others who were present on the occasion include America Devi, Sushila Sharma, Suraj Rana, Daler Singh, Sarojini Sharma, Meetu Sharma, Lovisha Gupta and Rajni.
