| RIT mourns death of Kaul, demands extension in filling up ‘D’ forms | | |

Jammu, Feb 20- The Roots in Kashmir (RIK) in a meeting held under the chairmanship of its convener Veer Ji Saraf paid rich tributes to late Bushal Lal Kaul, academician, philosopher and social activist who passed away here few days back. The members at the meeting also observed two minute silence in memory of the departed soul and prayed for eternal peace to the deceased and courage to the family to bear this irreparable loss.
Members also expressed concern over filling up of fresh ‘D’ forms and maintained that the deadline given by Relief Organization for filling these forms have put the displaced people to lot of discomfort, especially the older and employed youth.
The meeting demanded that the process of filing new documents every now and then must be stopped forthwith. Also it is demanded that the last date to fill these forms must be extended to at least six months so that the people who are out of station can come and fill these forms at ease.
