GDC takes active part in "Pariksha Pe Charcha" to foster stress-free exam environment

RS PURA, Jan 29: Government Degree College (GDC) R.S. Pura enthusiastically participated in the "Pariksha Pe Charcha" initiative, a key component of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Exam Warriors' movement, aimed at creating a stress-free atmosphere for young learners. The event was organized under the able guidance of Dr. Rajni Bhagat, the esteemed Principal of the college. NSS Unit and IIC of GDC R.S. Pura took the initiative to promote "Pariksha Pe Charcha" by prominently displaying banners at prime locations within the college campus, following the directives of the Regional Directorate of NSS.
Dr. Chanchal Angral, NSS Program Officer, highlighted the significance of the event, emphasizing its annual tradition as a means for exam warriors, parents, and teachers to overcome anxiety and perform their best.
Dr. Rajni Bhagat, the college Principal, emphasized that "Pariksha Pe Charcha" is a Prime Ministerial initiative to address examination-related stress and encourage a celebratory approach to life, aligning with the broader movement of 'Exam Warriors.' The event saw active coordination with the participation of NSS volunteers and members of the NSS and IIC committee, including Dr. Nitti Chibber, Dr. Hari Singh, Dr. Neeru Sawhney, Dr. Anju Kumari, and Prof. Sankeet Gupta.
Dr. Sunil Kumar Mangoch, H.O.D Dogri, delivered the formal vote of thanks, concluding the program on a positive note. Dr. Angral highlighted the annual tradition of "Pariksha Pe Charcha," portraying it as a crucial platform for addressing stress associated with examinations. Dr. Bhagat encouraged a celebratory approach to life and studies, aligning with the vision of 'Exam Warriors,' and praised the active involvement of the NSS Unit and IIC in promoting the initiative.
The active participation of NSS volunteers, along with the collaborative effort of NSS and IIC committee members, showcased the collective commitment of GDC R.S. Pura to the cause.
