| Bhati demands subsidy in water, power tariff | | |

Jammu, Feb 20- National Conference leader S. Kulwant Singh Bhatti Friday demanded at least 50 percent subsidy in electric and PHE bills to the general public before 31st March this year so that the common man would feel little release in this price rising scenario.
In a meeting of national conference worker held at Digina Bhatti said that the previous government raised the electricity and PHE tariff manifold which was out of the budget of poor public of the state.
Bhatti urged upon the coalition government especially the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to favourably consider this demand
He also demanded replacing of electric meters that were damaged during Shri Amarnath Shrine land agitation
