JAMMU, Jan 30: Former Legislator and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Vikram Randhawa under "Deevar Lekhan Abhiyaan" launched wall paintings at different places in Booth Number 91 of RS Pura-Jammu-South Assembly Segment here.
This initiative, kicked off by the BJP National President JP Nadda, aims to engage citizens in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.
Accompanied by Ranjeet Singh Mandal President, Jaideep Sharma Former Councillor, Arun Khosla, Vinod Abrol, Ajay Singh, Tarsem Sharma, K.L. Sharma, Arvind Gupta, Sidanth, Kunal, Lovisha Gupta and many others, Randhawa drew the party symbol (Lotus) on the wall. The inscription "Ek Baar Fir Modi Sarkar" echoed the party's call for support.
Speaking on the occasion, Former Legislator stated that the 'wall writing' is an integral part of the campaign strategy for the upcoming polls.
He appealed to the public to vote for the development of Jammu & Kashmir and the entire nation by re-electing the Modi government.
The campaign is set to reach every booth across the region, underscoring the party's commitment to widespread participation.
Raina emphasized the political stability provided by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Union government, urging party workers to tirelessly work towards continuing the development mission.
He called on them to promote the Modi government's mission, policies, and achievements while actively participating in public welfare and development initiatives.
"I had seen the grass root level workers putting in their sincere efforts for the party's win during elections and the same spirit should be continued by them in the forthcoming elections in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir", Randhawa added.
He added that the workers, who are the backbone of BJP, have to speed up the public relations and should play their part to raise the awareness among the people about the party's policies.
Randhawa said that workers were the backbone of the Party saying that politically and consciously equipped activists could create public awareness and social change.
"BJP keeps the workers happy by redressing their issues timely", he said, adding that it is the duty of the workers also to keep the party alive by their efforts.
He also asked the party workers to promote the policies and schemes being launched the Prime Minister Narendra Modi led Government, adding that the schemes have been launched for the welfare of the people and party workers too.
He also asked the party workers to keep close contact with the people of their areas by projecting their issues at the appropriate platform.
"Masses should be kept aware about the policies of the BJP so that at the time of elections, they become the frontrunner in the elections", the Former Legislator said.
The people present on the occasion assured Former Legislator of their support to the Narendra Modi led Government in the forthcoming elections as they were also of the view that Modi led Central Government has launched many schemes for the benefit of the masses.
