| Dalip Kumar-SSP assumes position as Staff Officer to ADGP Armed J&K | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 1: Dalip Kumar-IPS has officially taken over the role of Staff Officer to the Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Armed J&K at the Armed Police Headquarters in Jammu. The handover ceremony marked the transition from Mahmood Ahmed-SSP, who has been transferred to the position of Commandant IRP-21st Bn. Dalip Kumar-SSP, a 1999 batch JKPS officer, arrived at the Armed Police Headquarters in Jammu, where he was warmly received by the officers and staff members of APHQ J&K. His assumption of duties follows his transfer from the position of SSP ACB Jammu. The official order for Dalip Kumar's transfer and appointment as the Staff Officer to ADGP Armed J&K was issued by the Government of Jammu & Kashmir. The order, numbered 56-Home of 2024 and dated January 27, 2024, was issued by the Home Department of J&K. Dalip Kumar-SSP is expected to bring his experience and leadership to his new role, contributing to the continued efficiency and effectiveness of the Armed Police forces in Jammu & Kashmir.
