Jammu, Feb 3: Dr. Rakesh Magotra, Director Health Services (DHS) Jammu, undertook an unexpected night visit to Government Hospital Sarwal on the night of February 3, 2024, at 10 pm. The purpose of the surprise inspection was to assess the healthcare facilities provided to patients during the night shift.
During his visit, Dr. Rakesh Magotra conducted a thorough inspection of the hospital’s wards, engaging with patients and gauging the quality of care being delivered. The DHS also visited critical sections such as the casualty unit and the Labour Room, ensuring that all areas of the hospital were scrutinized.
In addition to interacting with patients, Dr. Magotra meticulously examined the records of the Outpatient Department (OPD) and Inpatient Department (IPD) registers to ensure proper maintenance and documentation.
Expressing satisfaction with the overall functioning of the hospital, Dr. Rakesh Magotra commended the healthcare staff for their dedication and the quality of services being provided.
