HPS excels in 17th UT J&K Wushu Championship - 2023

JAMMU, Feb 5: In a remarkable achievement, students of Humanity Public School, located in Bassi Kalan, Bari-Brahmana, have brought immense pride to their institution by securing gold medals in the 17th UT J&K Wushu Championship 2023. The event, hosted at the Indoor Stadium Bhagwati Nagar, was organized by the Wushu Association of J&K, showcasing the prowess of young talents in martial arts.
Geenakshi Mehra, a skilled participant from the 4th grade, and Suryaveer, a remarkable talent in the 8th grade, demonstrated exceptional skill and determination, clinching gold medals in their respective categories. The competition was fierce, with both students displaying unmatched prowess to overcome their opponents.
The school's dedicated coach, Nikhil, played a pivotal role in the success of the students. His wholehearted training and guidance contributed significantly to the students achieving the highest possible ranks in the tough competition.
The school administration, led by Principal Gaurav Charak and Vice Principal Anku Charak, extended their heartfelt congratulations to Geenakshi Mehra and Suryaveer for their outstanding performance. In a special felicitation ceremony held in the school assembly, the students were applauded for their dedication and sportsmanship.
During the felicitation, Principal Gaurav Charak remarked, "Success is the sum of small efforts being repeated day in and day out." He emphasized the importance of consistent hard work and determination in achieving excellence.
The entire school community, including the Incharges and other staff members, joined in celebrating this achievement, acknowledging the dedication and skill demonstrated by the students. The triumph in the 17th UT J&K Wushu Championship 2023 has not only brought laurels to Humanity Public School but has also highlighted the school's commitment to nurturing all-round talents among its students.
