Dogra Degree College hosts inspiring investiture ceremony

Jammu, Feb 6: The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Dogra Degree College orchestrated a memorable Investiture Ceremony on February 6th, 2024, epitomizing the essence of responsibility, values, and commitment to service.
The ceremony commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by esteemed dignitaries. Th. Gulchain Singh Charak Ji, Chairman of Dogra Educational Trust, graced the occasion as the chief guest, while Dr. Samar Dev Singh Charak Ji, Secretary of Dogra Educational Trust, adorned the event as the guest of honor.
Mr. Balwant Singh, Coordinator of the Student Council at DDC, delivered the welcome address, setting the tone for an enriching program. The ceremony aimed to honor the newly elected members of the Student Council and assign them various responsibilities and duties across different classes, cells, committees, units, and clubs.
Ms. Kashavi Charak, Student Representative of the Literary Club at DDC, elucidated the roles and responsibilities of the Student Council, enlightening the young minds about the significance of their roles. Following proper voting procedures by the Electoral Club at DDC, various students were elected to key positions. Daksh Bamba, Daksha Kaushal, and Dhairya Singh Jamwal were elected as President, Vice-President, and Secretary, respectively. Additionally, numerous students assumed roles as Class Representatives.
