GDC, Bishnah inaugurated seven days winter camp 2024

Jammu, Feb 6: NSS Wing, GDC Bishnah inaugurated seven days winter camp 2024 today 6th Feb, under the banner Viksit Bharat w.e.f 6th Feb to 12th Feb, 2024 under the able administration of Dr. Manohar Lal, principal of the college. The programme started with National Anthem, lighting of traditional Lamp, NSS song which followed by welcome address. Dr. Geeta Lakhotra, NSS P.O elaborated the activities in detail which are to be conducted during the camp and the senior volunteer from Sem-VI Vicky Thakur, volunteer sang a beautiful patriotic song and enthralled the audience. While speaking on the occasion Dr. Manohar Lal, principal of the college encouraged volunteers for taking part in such campus which enhance their characters and personalities. He also blessed the students with his kind words. During the function the students were apprised about the relevance of such type of camps. Dr. Koushal Kiran Thacker, Member of NSS Advisory also sensitized the students about the importance of camp in their career and also emphasis upon, if they register themselves in camp they would get five marks in their admissions in PG course.
