SNM organises blood donation camp

JAMMU, Feb 11: Sant Nirankari Mission branch Marheen, under the divine blessings of Her Holiness Satguru Mata Sudhiksha Ji Maharaj, successfully organized a voluntary Blood Donation Camp at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan Marheen. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from devotees of all age groups hailing from Marheen, Muthi Rakwalan, Dayalachak, and Hariachak.
Ajit Singh, Zonal Incharge Jammu, inaugurated the camp, emphasizing the mission's ethos of Universal Brotherhood and spiritual enlightenment. He highlighted the Sant Nirankari Mission's commitment to serving humanity, attributing the success of the camp to the voluntary contributions of donors driven by compassion for their fellow beings. Since 1986, the mission has been steadfast in its dedication to organizing Blood Donation Camps, with nearly 600 such camps conducted annually across India.
Dina Nath Mukhi Marheen extended a warm welcome to all attendees, setting a positive tone for the event. Distinguished guests present at the occasion included Dr. Zulfikar Ahmed, Consultant; Dr. Mohsina from Blood Bank GMC Jammu; Dr. Soami, BMO Hiranagar; Babu Ram Sanyojak Kathua; Tarsem Lal Sharma, Mukhi Muthi Rakwalan; Rajesh Kumar, Mukhi Dayalachak; Satpal Nirankari, Khetriya Sanchalak Kathua, alongside several esteemed senior citizens and dedicated social workers from the community.
The camp, held in collaboration with the Blood & Transfusion Department of Government Medical College Jammu and JKSACS, garnered significant support and participation, resulting in the donation of 121 units of blood. Such noble endeavors underscore the unwavering commitment of Sant Nirankari Mission towards alleviating human suffering and fostering a culture of compassion and service within society.
