| DC Bandipora reviews functioning of Health Sector | | | Early Times Report
BANDIPORA, Feb 12: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Shakeel Ul Rehman on Monday chaired a comprehensive review meeting aimed at assessing the working of the health sector and strategizing for its improvement. The meeting discussed various critical issues of the health sector, including infrastructure, staff rationalization, availability of medical equipment and service delivery. During the review, the DC emphasized the importance of enhancing healthcare services to meet the evolving needs of the public. He stressed upon the concerned officers to identify areas of improvement to ensure quality healthcare services for all. Shakeel ul Rehman emphasized the importance of fostering collaboration and innovation to address the challenges facing the health sector. He underscored the need for proactive measures to enhance healthcare delivery and ensure the well-being of all citizens. The DC further asked the concerned to ensure 100 percent saturation of online services of Health Sector for service improvement. He directed, to conduct camps in schools and colleges for successful implementation of the tuberculosis elimination program. The DC also directed to ensure 100 percent coverage of Ayushman Bharat and ABHA cards. |
