| BJP accuses coalition of pursuing anti- Jammu policies | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 22 BJP state Spokesperson Ramesh Arora (Adv.) have expressed deep concern over the anti-Jammu policies adopted by the present government. But it will not our of place to say that Congress has no policy and is after power only. Congress can compromise with any one to remain in power. NC stands for abrogation of all laws implemented after 1953. Hence favour so-called autonomy. Congress has given unconditional support to NC reflect its power lust. Recent notifications for Rajya Sabha seats and notification of MLC seats were political motivated to favour Kashmir centric leader. Both the notifications reflect anti-Jammu policies of the government. BJP have expressed its concern with election commission. It is high time to expose the Kashmir centric leadership. NC and Congress coalition should not forget that their actions are generating feeling among masses that discrimination with Jammu and Ladakh will not stop. These feeling are not in favour of any government in democracy. Democracy can survive only if the government is by the people and for the people. Come what may? Jammu people will no more tolerate such policies. They should not forget that NC and Congress combine have 45 seats and 42 seats are shared by other parties. We have enough strength to safe guard our interest of the Jammu and other regions of the state. Due to these policies Kashmir was having 2884842 voters in 2006 and in 2008 is was 3260663 shows increase by 3,75,821 and Jammu was having 3106114 voters in 2006 and it was 3084,417 in 2008 shows decrease by 21,697. This trend indicate that Jammu region is loosing interest in democratic system. This is due to Kashmir centric and anti-Jammu policies. BJP will take a tough stand in coming days to protect the interest of Jammu region and favour maintaining balance among all three regions of the state. We will oppose each and every move motivated to damage the sentiments of Jammu. No more discrimination will be tolerated.
