KATHUA, Feb 16: Nav Adarsh Higher Secondary School in Kathua recently organized a one-day workshop titled "TechTrends: Navigating The Digital Landscape" with the aim of familiarizing students with emerging technologies and trends in the digital realm.
The workshop witnessed the participation of esteemed guests, including Amit Sharma, Assistant Professor at Kathua Campus, University of Jammu, who graced the occasion as the chief guest, and Jeewan Jyot, Lecturer at UIET, Kathua, as the special guest.
Students from the Computer Science stream showcased their proficiency and knowledge through captivating presentations on cutting-edge topics such as Image Processing, Cloud Computing, IoT, and Cyber Security. Each presentation delved into the significance and practical applications of the respective technologies, offering valuable insights to the audience.
Jeewan Jyot engaged the attendees with compelling demonstrations highlighting the impact of Artificial Intelligence in our daily lives through interactive videos and presentations.
Addressing the gathering, Amit Sharma lauded the school's initiative in educating students on these pivotal topics from an early age. He shared his expertise and insights on the diverse domains covered during the workshop, enriching the learning experience for the participants. Principal, Riti Prakash Singh, extended his congratulations to the students for their exemplary presentations and thanked the guests for their valuable contribution to the event.
