JAMMU, Feb 22: Senior BJP leader and former DyCM Kavinder Gupta on Thursday said that opening of big business outlets and showrooms of popular brands in J&K is just a beginning as much more is in offing under the BJP Government led by PM Narendra Modi.
The BJP stalwart leader said this after inaugurating Bikaner Sweet Shop in Channi area. The former DyCM was accompanied by several senior party colleagues Devinder Rana, BJP Gen Secy Vibodh Gupta, former Dy Mayor Adv Purnima Sharma, former MLC Vikram Randhawa, former Corporator Neena Gupta and former Corporator Rajkumar Gupta besides party leaders Sawai Singh, Rahul Singh, Deependra Singh, Karan Singh, Naib Tehsildar Satish Sharma, Varinder Gupta, Dr Varun Padha, Tushar Mahajan, Nitish Mahajan and Ankit Gupta.
Kavinder said that development and peace in Jammu and Kashmir is the top priority of PM Modi led government which is evident now with the visit of lakhs of tourists and the beginning of investment worth hundreds of crores of rupees in different sectors ensuring the welfare of the people.
He said that days are not far when under PM Modi’s rule J&K will acquire top slots in the country for being the most preferred tourist and business region, where investors would love to spend their money and time.
