JAMMU, Feb 24: In a dynamic and enlightening workshop spanning two days, Group Captain Rahul Tyagi, a distinguished officer from the Centre for Leadership-Training And Behavioural Sciences (C-LABS) of the Indian Air Force (IAF), conducted an impactful session at Sainik School Nagrota. Held on February 23rd and 24th, 2024, the workshop covered topics ranging from Motivational Leadership to Officer Like Qualities (OLQ) testing at Service Selection Board (SSB).
The auditorium of Sainik School Nagrota buzzed with enthusiasm as attendees, including staff, cadets, families, and aspiring defence personnel, were treated to insightful presentations by Group Captain Rahul Tyagi. With his wealth of experience and expertise in leadership, Group Captain Tyagi delved into effective leadership strategies, human behaviour, emotional intelligence, and career opportunities within the Indian Air Force.
Through dynamic video presentations and engaging discussions, participants gained valuable insights into various facets of leadership and the selection process for the armed forces. Particularly noteworthy was the exclusive interaction with girl cadets and teaching staff, providing them with a unique platform to engage directly with a leader of Group Captain Tyagi's stature.
