SAMBA, Feb 26: The Pravaad Electoral Literacy Club of SPPND Govt. Degree College, Samba, organized a captivating Poetry Recitation event centered around the theme "Greater Participation for a Stronger Democracy" as part of a two-week Voter's Awareness Programme.
