3 days training for PMFME beneficiaries held | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 26: Krishi Vigyan Kendra Kishtwar, SKUAST Jammu today started 3 days training programme for Credit linked beneficiaries under Prime Minister Formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) Scheme at Kishtwar today. Dr Narinder Paul Incharge KVK Kishtwar organized the programme under the guidance of Dr Amrish Vaid Director Extension SKUAST Jammu. The training programme started with welcome address by Dr Narinder Paul Incharge KVK Kishtwar. He briefed the participants about entrepreneurship development, goal setting, and managerial skills for microenterprises and stressed upon motivation of potential beneficiaries for getting benefits under PMFME for setting up of small-scale microenterprise especially for processing of walnut. He called upon the participants to develop and inculcate the basic attributes of entrepreneurship among them. Mohd. Yaqoob District Resource Person for Kishtwar briefed the participants about Indian food industry and opportunities in the food sector especially walnut, the ODOP of Kishtwar. He also gave detailed overview of PFMFE scheme. Rakesh Padha SMS DDL Marwah briefed about microenterprises business plans and proper collaboration with the agencies for smooth setting and running of enterprise. Guddu kumar, Mohd. Amin Malik, Iysain Banoo, Sajjad Hussain and other participants attended the training programme. |
