SAMBA, Mar 1: The Pravaad Electoral Literacy Club of SPPND Govt. Degree College, Samba organized EVMS and VVPAT Awareness, as part of Two-Week Voters' Awareness Programme. The event was conducted under under the aegis of Viksit Bharat@2047. Vikas Anand and Ajay Charak, Nodal Officers, EVM Awareness Programme (Mobile Demonstration Van) District Samba were the Resource persons for today's event.
The demonstration aimed to educate and engage youth in the electoral process, emphasizing the importance of active participation in the democratic process. Through interactive sessions, the students were encouraged to understand the significance of their vote and its impact on shaping the future of the Nation. The demonstration received overwhelming participation from students showcasing the eagerness and enthusiasm of the youth to contribute to the electoral process. Prof. (Dr.) Twinkle Suri, Principal of the college appreciated the efforts of the SVEEP team of District Samba in creating awareness among the college students regarding importance of votes in democracy. |
