Vichaar- Thought Leaders Conclave 2024: Experts Delve into India’s Policy Landscape, Intersection of Law & Technology

Jammu, Mar 1: The second edition of the Vichaar- Thought Leaders Conclave 2024, organized by SA Law, took place virtually on 29th February 2024, bringing together eminent voices from the realms of law, policy, and technology. With a focus on India’s foreign and economic policies, as well as the symbiosis of law and technology, the conclave aimed to chart a course towards India’s envisioned future. In the inaugural session, titled “Politik,” experts engaged in a nuanced dialogue concerning India’s law, foreign, and economic policies against the backdrop of recent geopolitical shifts. Panelists including Ms. Nirupama Soundararajan, Dr. Sankalp Gurjar, Dr. Jalaj Goantiya, and Mr. Anandh K. highlighted the potential of India’s policies while suggesting pragmatic reforms for sustained growth. Mr. Anandh K. underscored the necessity for legislative and judicial reforms to bolster the nation’s progress.
The subsequent session, “TECHspeak,” delved into the integration of law and technology within India’s business landscape. Industry stalwarts such as Mr. Pawan Jabhak, Mr. Yogendra Aldak, Ms. Isha Sinha, Dr. Huren Sivaraj, and Mr. Abhishek Sikka deliberated on simplifying regulatory frameworks to enhance the ease of doing business. Optimism pervaded the discussions, with speakers expressing confidence in India’s potential and advocating for strategic amendments to laws and regulations to facilitate growth. Ms. Shruti Iyer, Founding Partner of SA Law, emphasized the significance of collaborative efforts in analyzing existing policies and regulatory frameworks. She reiterated the conclave’s commitment to fostering dialogue among experts, stakeholders, and policymakers to realize India’s vision for 2047.
The Vichaar- Thought Leaders Conclave 2024 served as a platform for incisive discussions and actionable insights, paving the way for informed policy decisions and technological advancements conducive to India’s socio-economic development.
