NEW DELHI, Mar 2: Today, Siddhartha Mohanty, Chairperson of LIC of India, conveyed the interim dividend of Rs. 2,441,44,91,124/- to Nirmala Sitharaman, the esteemed Union Finance & Corporate Affairs Minister. The presentation ceremony took place in the presence of key dignitaries including Dr. Vivek Joshi, Secretary of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, M P Tangirala, Additional Secretary of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, and Shri J.P.S. Bajaj, Zonal Manager (I/C) of the Northern Zone.
The occasion also witnessed the virtual inauguration of the 'LIC International Business Centre' at GIFT City, Gandhinagar by Nirmala Sitharaman, the Hon'ble Union Finance & Corporate Affairs Minister.
