Early Times Report

Jammu, Mar 2: Although BJP has announced its candidates for two Lok Sabha seats in Jammu province, almost all senior Congress leaders are hesitating to contest the Parliamentary elections on these two seats.
Highly placed sources in the party said that despite getting their names incorporated in the panels of potential candidates, senior Congress leaders have not shown much enthusiasm in joining the electoral battle in Parliamentary elections.
Sources said in the Jammu-Reasi Lok Sabha constituency one senior Congress leader has half-heartedly shown his willingness to contest elections. In the Udhampur-Doda seat, the party is finding it difficult to get a suitable face.
