Kavinder flags off Shakti Vandan Marathon, Run for Nation

JAMMU, Mar 4: In a significant celebration of women's empowerment, BJP District Jammu South organized the Nari Shakti Vandan Marathon, Run for Nation, Run for PM Modi in Satwari girls higher secondary school of Bahu Constituency as an important part of District Jammu South. The mega event was managed and organized by Mandal President and Vice Chairman Cantonment Board Bharat Bhushan. The Nari Shakti Vandan Marathon saw the esteem presence of BJP stalwart leader former Dy CM J&K Kavinder Gupta, District President Jammu South Rekha Mahajan, Seh Prabhari Jammu North Vinay Gupta, District Vice President, and Mandal Prabhari Narinder Gupta Koki, Mandal President and Vice Chairman Cantonment Board Bharat Bhushan, Mahila Morcha General Secretary Neha Mahajan, Mahila Morcha District President Jammu South and CoConvenor of the program Divya Jain, Morcha Prabhari Geetanjali Mahajan and other BJP team members of Gandhi Nagar Mandal including Mahila Morcha unit were present on the occasion. Recognizing the "Nari Shakti Vandan Marathon" an "Ultra Marathon" named Nari Shakti Vandan Run was Flagged off today by BJP senior leaders in Satwari Girls higher secondary school, Jammu South.
Kavinder Gupta asserted that under the visionary leadership of PM Modi, the empowerment of women is the top priority of the government. In an interaction with students of girl's higher secondary school at Satwari. He said the government will take all steps for the full empowerment of women in all fields. Kavinder Gupta assured that Modi Sarkaar is committed to the upliftment of women in every sector to boost their morale. Kavinder elaborates India can move forward only by raising the levels of respect for women and by enhancing the sense of equality. I call upon all of you to move forward with the determination to remove every obstacle coming in the way of all women, Kavinder said.
Rekha Mahajan stated that the number of women compared to men is increasing and that the number of girls studying up to high school and beyond has tripled in the last ten successful years of good governance under PM Modi. She highlights that the BJP-led government always making every possible effort to move forward the women's empowerment in every field. Rekha noted that 70% of Mudra loan beneficiaries are women. Also, women benefit from schemes for the promotion of collateral-free loans and other welfare schemes. Rekha Mahajan emphasized, that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi led the BJP government where women have been given utmost importance through various women-centric schemes that focused on their development and empowerment.
Meetu Sharma, Bharti Sargotra, Ritika Dhiman Rajni Gupta, Lovisha Gupta, Priyanka Sharma, and Susheela Sharma were also present on the occasion.
