GDC Neeli Nallah Udhampur organizes an awareness rally

UDHAMPUR, Mar 5: NCORD unit of Government Degree College Neeli Nallah, Udhampur, organized an awareness rally on "Nasha Mukt Bharat". The rally was organized under the able guidance of worthy Principal of the College, Prof. Hans Raj. He emphasized that the purpose of the rally was to raise awareness among the students and general masses about the serious issues and hazardous impacts caused due to drug abuse.
The rally was flagged off from the college premises by the Principal of the College, Prof. Hans Raj. Further the students proceeded with slogans in the nearby village Neeli Nallah.
A large number of students participated in the rally. In the rally, students were raising slogans for coming together to fight against the substance abuse. During the rally students also interacted with general masses around to aware them regarding the health issues related to drug misuse.
The whole event was organized by Prof. Rekha Sharma (Convenor). Others faculty members- Prof. Shaista Yasmeen, Dr. Akhter Hussaian, Dr. Zahoor Ahmad Mir, Dr. Mahima Bhagat, and Dr. Muntazir (PTI) also accompanied the rally.
