CBC organizes 2-day Multimedia Exhibition on government schemes

RAJOURI, Mar 6: The Central Bureau of Communication (CBC) in Rajouri, Jammu and Kashmir, under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, inaugurated a two-day Multimedia Exhibition today at Government Degree College, Kalakote. The exhibition focuses on various government schemes including "Vikisit Bharat," "Mission Life," "Agnipath Scheme," "EBSB," "Swachhta," and other allied themes.
Dr. Mohammad Tanwir, ADC Kalakote, inaugurated the exhibition as the chief guest, emphasizing the importance of these schemes in his address. Dr. Seema Arora, Principal of Government Degree College, Kalakote, presided over the function alongside faculty members, staff of CBC J&K, and representatives.
Dr. Tanwir highlighted the significance of the schemes and applauded the efforts to raise awareness about them. He acknowledged the efforts of various departments in disseminating information about these schemes to the public.
Sunil Kumar from the Central Bureau of Communication expressed gratitude to the district administration and Government Degree College, Kalakote, for their support. He encouraged the audience to spread awareness about the exhibition, which will remain open daily from 10 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., free of cost.
Daleep Singh from the Animal Husbandry Department and Sh. Himanshu, an Assistant Professor from Government Degree College, Kalakote, also addressed the gathering, shedding light on schemes related to their respective departments.
During the event, winning students of Government Higher Secondary School, Kalakote, and Government Degree College were honored by CBC Rajouri. Additionally, a captivating theme-based cultural program by CBC artists mesmerized the audience, adding to the vibrancy of the event.
