JAMMU, Mar 9: Government Degree College (GDC) Dudu Basantgarh organized a thought-provoking seminar under the theme "Investing in Women: Accelerate Progress" in celebration of International Women's Day. The event witnessed active participation from the principal, staff, and students, all joining hands to advocate for the empowerment of women.
