JAMMU, FEBRUARY 26 – The Additional Resident Commissioner, New Delhi has refuted a report appearing in a section of the press that a heart patient, Ghulam Qadir Lone of Gurez was denied accommodation in Chanakyapuri Guest House in New Delhi. The Commissioner has clarified that the patient was accommodated in Room No. 306 of Block C despite having no prior information either on phone or in writing, which is obligatory for arranging suitable accommodation well before the arrival of guests.
It has been further clarified that the incident of slapping of an employee by an IAS officer, never happened in the Chanakyapuri Guest House and the incident is just a figment of imagination.
