JAMMU, FEBRUARY 26 – Chief Minister Mr. Omar Abdullah laid on the Table of the House a copy of the Jammu and Kashmir Reservation (Amendment) Ordinance, 2008 (Ordinance No. 1 of 2008) as required under Section 91 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir.
The Minister for Industries and Commerce, Mr. S. S. Slathia laid on the Table of the House a copy of the Jammu and Kashmir Societies Registration (Amendment and Validation) Ordinance, 2008 (Ordinance No. II of 2008) as required under Section 91 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir.
The Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs laid on the Table of the House a copy of the Proclamation No. P-1/08 of 2008 dated 10th July, 2008 as required under Sub-Section (6) of Section 92 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir.
