RS Pura police collaborates with GDC Bishnah to educate students on new criminal laws

JAMMU, Mar 14: In a bid to promote legal awareness and enhance understanding of recent legislative developments, an informative session on the newly enacted criminal laws was held on 14th March 2024 at Government Degree College, Bishnah. The event, organized in collaboration with Incharge Principal, Anju Bala, garnered participation from students across various disciplines.
Led by Nikhil Gogna JKPS, Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) of RS Pura, and Inspector Abid Bukhari, Station House Officer (SHO) of Police Station Bishnah, the session provided students with insights into the intricacies of the three new criminal laws recently introduced by Parliament.
Throughout the session, students attentively absorbed the details of the legislative changes and engaged in constructive discussions on the potential impact of these laws on the country's criminal justice system. The interactive nature of the event facilitated an exchange of perspectives, enabling participants to grasp the significance of the legal reforms and their implications for society.
