| IGNOU holding its 20th convocation today | | 998 students to get degrees/diplomas at Jammu function | |

Jammu, Feb 27- The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is holding its 20th convocation tomorrow throughout the country by teleconferencing. Prof P.Natrajan, former chairman AICTE and former Director IIT Madras will be the guest of honour on the occasion.
A similar function to this effect is being held by the Regional Centre Jammu at the Government Women college Gandhinagar auditorium where Dr. B.Mishra, Vice-Chancellor Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, Jammu will be the guest of honour and will also award degrees and diplomas to the learners.
Nine hundred ninety-eight students from Jammu region will be awarded degrees and diplomas, of these 412 students will receive their degrees at the convocation function.
The IGNOU Regional Centre Jammu will also honour the distinguished personalities associated with it and some special students on the event.
