Early Times Report

Jammu, Feb 27- JKNPP Provincial General Secretary Kashmir Sayed Mohammed Rafiq Shah and the contesting candidate for the Legislative Council seat has appealed all the MLAs from Kashmir Province in particular and border constituencies of Jammu region to vote for him in order to give “one” opportunity to the neglected, forgotten and uncared population of Pahari areas in the valley.
In a statement issued here today, Rafiq Shah said that the backward and neglected community of hilly border areas of the valley like Kupwara, Uri, Karnah, Tangdar, Gurez and Keran is most unattended and none from ruling as well as opposition except Prof. Bhim Singh and JKNPP Legislators have ever cared to highlight the fundamental issues concerning the poor in valley border areas.
Rafiq Shah appealed the individual conscious of the candidates in Legislative Council to untidily fight for up liftment of the people living in far-flung and hilly terrain of Kashmir Province. He said that the infrastructure needed for economic development of the said border villages is totally absent.
