KATHUA, Mar 16: GDC Kathua has initiated a Seven Days Winter Camp, running from 13th to 19th of March 2024, aimed at fostering community engagement and environmental consequences under the able guidance of esteemed principal of the college Prof. Seema Mir.
On 4th day of the camp, NSS Program officers along with NSS volunteers ventured into the adopted village Logate, Kathua and took part in various activities under Digital India campaign. Volunteers conducted a rally and door to door campaign and demonstrated the general public to wisefully use various online applications on mobile phones and beware of various online fraudulent practices. Meanwhile, a play (Nukkad Natak) based on various online cyber frauds was also performed by the NSS volunteers at the main chowk of the village in which large number of villagers took part. Moreover, NSS volunteers also prepared the lunch for themselves specifically based on dogra culture. |
