JAMMU, FEBRUARY 27 - In connection with shifting of Birpur Complex Tap Line, the power supply to Greater Kailash, Industrial Area Gangyal, Gangyal, Birpur Industrial Complex, Seora, Kanal and other adjoining areas shall remain affected on February 28 and March 01,2009 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Meanwhile, to carry out replacement of worn out bus bar conductor and preventive maintenance in 33 KV Yard of 220/ 132/33 KV Grid Station, Udhampur, the power supply to Udhampur, Army, Ramnagar, Chenani, its adjoining areas and PHE, MES installations shall also remain affected on March 1,2009 from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.
The shut down shall be subject to fair weather conditions.
