Jammu, Mar 17: A Social, Spiritual Non Government Organisation, Vichar Kranti Manch International, working to inculcate Moral, Ethical & Spiritual values with service Mission in the society, organized a Yoga Seminar under Chairmanship of Dr Shreyansh Kumar Jain State yoga Commissioner & President VKMI.
Members of many NGOs, i.e., Mission Happiness, Bharat Vikas Parishad, Sarv Uthan Trust, Indian Yoga Association & Vichar Kranti Manch International participated in the celebration. Mr Ashok Gupta, Vice President VKMI & Founder Chairman Sarv Uthan Trust, explained about the service mission, undertaken by VKMI & SUT. Social service, any of numerous publicly or privately provided services intended to and disadvantaged, distressed or vulnerable person or groups. Social service also denotes the profession engaged in rendering such services.
The social service have flourished through NGOs as ideas of social responsibilities have developed and spread.
Dr Jain gave health tips, as with the age, most of us experience a decline in physical and mental powers. In old age, circulation of blood in the body gets decreased, and the short supply of blood to the brain can lead to paralysis, brain hemorrhage, and weakness in different parts of the body. Lack of physical activity and heart problems are the main causes to reduce the circulation of blood in the body.
Stay hydrated and drink 6-8 glasses of fluid like water, milk, juices, or soups per day. This helps in digestion and to get rid of the accumulation of waste products in body’s.
Intake of pomegranate, grapes, kismish (resins), anjeer (Fig), etc, is useful to keep lungs healthy.
Mr H C Vaid, President BVP Shivalik, Ashok Khajuria, Mr Yesh Paul Sharma, a life coach, and Trained Yoga Teacher, Happy & Dharamveer Bansal, Social Activists, Ashok Gupta and Dr Shreyansh Jain, came collectively and felicitated Swar Kokila Mrs Anju Bansal, A Social Activist, Educationist & VKMI Cordinator Punjab, for her untirelessly service for the society, incidently it was her Birthday also.
Dr Jain recited some couplets on the occasion.
