| Kidnapped minor girl traced out, reunited with family | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 17: A missing report of a minor (Name withheld) was reported in the Police Station Channi Himmat and a case FIR No. 34/2024 U/S 363/IPC was accordingly registered and investigation initiated.
Acting upon this a Police team did strenuous efforts and CCTV footages were scrutinized where they found out that the minor aged 11 years R/o Trikuta Nagar Extension had been kidnapped by one Prince Koushal Age 24 years S/o Kuldeep Singh R/o Togan Tehsil Kharar District Mohali, Punjab from her residence on 16.03.2024. Immediately the Police team deputed to Kharar Mohali, Chandigarh and with the assistance of Local Police, the minor girl was recovered/rescued from the custody of the accused within 24 hours. The accused has also been arrested in this case. The above mentioned minor has been reunited with her family after completing all legal formalities.
