| Absconder arrested at Lakhanpur | | |

Kathua, Mar 19: District Police Kathua has successfully arrested an absconder named Mohd. Jabar S/o Ghulam Hussain R/o Sandrani Tehsil & District Udhampur who was wanted in a case FIR No. 06/2016 U/S 188/RPC at PS Lakhanpur. The defendant was absconding since 2016 and was evading arrest.
A warrant under relevant section has been issued against the accused by the Honorable Court of law. The authorities have been searching for the defendant since the issuance of the warrant. Kathua police today received information about the accused’s whereabouts and immediately dispatched a team to apprehend him.On 18/03/2024 the police team led by SHO PS Lakhanpur under the guidance of DySP DAR Kathua located and arrested Mohd. Jabar S/o Gulam Hussain R/o Sandrani Tehsil & District Udhampur while further investigation is underway. |
