Disadvantaged Sections Biggest Beneficiaries of Govt Schemes: Ritika Trehan
3/22/2024 11:09:18 PM

Early Times Report

Jammu, Mar 22: Ritika Trehan, Chief Spokesperson of the BJP Mahila Morcha in Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory, expressed confidence in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, stating that his mission aims to fulfill the dreams of millions, especially women, the poor, and the youth, who have emerged as the biggest beneficiaries of government schemes.
During her door-to-door campaign in support of Jugal Kishore in the Gandhi Nagar constituency, Trehan articulated her belief that the people of India are inclined towards granting Prime Minister Modi a third term, predicting a resounding victory for the BJP in the 2024 Lok Sabha polls.
Trehan lauded the BJP cadre’s dedication and determination to engage with new voters and secure their trust, ensuring the party’s return to power with a stronger mandate. She emphasized the importance of dreaming big and setting ambitious goals to propel India towards becoming a developed nation by 2047.
Critiquing the opposition, particularly the Congress, Trehan asserted that it lacked the ideological and principled strength to confront the BJP effectively. She highlighted the growing global interest in forging deeper ties with India under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi.
Reflecting on the achievements of the Modi government, Trehan underscored its commitment to inclusive development.
She cited the provision of bank accounts, access to toilets, electricity, and gas connections to millions of previously underserved citizens as monumental accomplishments. Moreover, she praised the government’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic and its efforts in ensuring nationwide vaccination.
Trehan also highlighted significant strides made in Jammu and Kashmir, including a 70% reduction in violence, the revocation of Article 370, the construction of the Ram temple, and the resolution of issues related to Triple Talaq.
Furthermore, Trehan emphasized that individuals from disadvantaged sections such as SCs, STs, and OBCs have been the primary beneficiaries of the government’s welfare schemes.
She criticized previous Congress administrations for neglecting these sections and failing to acknowledge their contributions to the nation’s progress.
In conclusion, Trehan reiterated her confidence in the BJP’s prospects, expressing optimism about the party’s victory in all five parliamentary seats in Jammu and Kashmir and Prime Minister Modi’s re-election for a third consecutive term.
