Early Times Report
KISHTWAR, Mar 23: In a proactive move to ensure road safety and uphold traffic regulations, the Kishtwar Police, under the initiative "Operation 3rd Eye Kishtwar," has issued challans to 60 violators for various offenses under the Motor Vehicle Act. The violations primarily included wrong parking, driving without a helmet, and overloading within Kishtwar town.
Under the guidance and directives of SSP Kishtwar, Shri Abdul Qayoom-JKPS, a dedicated team was formed to monitor and enforce traffic rules. Utilizing CCTV surveillance technology, the team captured photographs and conducted videography to document instances of traffic violations. Through advanced systems like number plate reading, the vehicles involved were identified, and subsequently, the owners' residential addresses were ascertained.
Following this process, copies of the challans, along with photographic evidence of the violations, were dispatched to the residences of the vehicle owners. This approach ensures that violators are held accountable for their actions and serves as a deterrent against future offenses.
The vehicles involved in the violations include: JK173940, JK02AC7754, JK176945, PB01B4017, JK11A4575, JK175899, JK18A7678, JK174161, JK176406, JK176072, JK17A3917, JK17A3555, JK17A5938, JK178318, JK178837, JK08H2973, JK17A4675, JK17A3937, JK17A5298, JK06B8025, JK02AV1987, JK06B8304, JK17A5423, JK02AH5370, JK02BJ7642, JK06A8909, JK178953, JK178548, JK172164, JK176415, JK02CL3762, JK170832, JK17A4297, JK02BG1361, JK17A4885, JK02CV6745, JK02AU1692, JK02BD4097, JK17A3203, JK175363, JK179115, JK02CJ3375, JK174730, JK17A6316, JK02BW1919, JK06B0594, JK17A5451, JK172208, JK179644, JK17A6415, JK17A3467, JK17A5165, JK178045, JK06B1496, JK02BC8673, JK178684, JK17A6758, JK171930, JK17A6489, JK174629, JK179020, JK17A4838, JK069704, JK17A3467, JK14G4778, JK17A5914, JK176404, JK17A4376, JK174574 and JK02CL1075.
