SAMBA, Mar 23: The Samba Police has successfully reunited a missing girl with her family after she was reported missing from her home in Dunai Sumb tehsil and district Samba. The report of her disappearance was lodged at the Police Post Goran falling under the jurisdiction of the Samba Police Station.
According to the complaint filed by the girl's father on March 19, 2024, his daughter had left for her sister's house but failed to reach her destination. Despite exhaustive efforts by the family, they were unable to locate her whereabouts.
Upon receiving the complaint, the Police Post Goran promptly registered a missing report (DD No. 15 dated 19.03.2024) and initiated a search operation to locate the missing girl.
Through dedicated and relentless efforts, a team from the Police Post Goran, led by the Incharge, successfully traced the missing girl. After completing all necessary legal formalities, including verification of her identity, the girl was reunited with her legal guardians.
With the safe return of the missing girl to her family, the case has been closed, bringing relief to her loved ones and underscoring the commitment of the Samba Police to ensuring the safety and security of the community. |
