HPS celebrates Holi with vibrancy and enthusiasm

JAMMU, Mar 24: Amidst a kaleidoscope of colors and exuberant festivities, Humanity Public School (HPS) in Bassi Kalan, Bari Brahmana, joyously commemorated the festival of Holi, symbolizing new beginnings and the triumph of good over evil. A special assembly orchestrated by the dedicated staff of the school added a vibrant touch to the occasion, infusing the atmosphere with fun-filled fervor. The day unfolded with a plethora of music, engaging discussions, and recitations, setting the stage for an exuberant celebration.
Sheetal and Rohini Charak, esteemed teachers of the school, captivated the audience with insightful topics and soulful poems, weaving a tapestry of creativity and inspiration. A melodious rendition by primary teachers, harmoniously guided by music instructors Rajan Kumar and Kumar Abhilash, further enhanced the festive spirit. Principal Gaurav Charak shared the profound significance of Holi as a festival of hope and renewal, emphasizing its symbolic representation of the victory of good over evil. Encouraging all to embrace the spirit of forgiveness and embark on a journey of fresh beginnings, Principal Charak's words resonated deeply with the audience. Vice Principal Anku Charak extended heartfelt wishes for a prosperous future while advocating for eco-friendly celebrations, highlighting the importance of environmental conservation. The event was gracefully hosted by Shilpa, culminating in a spirited exchange of greetings and camaraderie among the staff members. Principal Gaurav Charak, Vice Principal Anku Charak, and various department heads, including Akashdeep Raina, Parsidh Singh, Namrata Sharma, Vandhana Sharma, Mahan Singh, Virender Kumar, and Meenu Khajuria, adorned each other with tilak and applied gulal, symbolizing unity and camaraderie.
The festivities concluded on a high note, with staff members joyously extending warm Holi greetings to one another, encapsulating the essence of harmony and togetherness that characterizes the spirit of Holi at Humanity Public School.
