| Police apprehends notorious drug peddler with heroin-like substance in Narwal area | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 26: Continuing its drive against drug peddlers Under operation Sanjeevani Jammu Police on 24.03.2024 arrested one drug peddler namely Mishal @Kalu S/0 Ram Singh R/0 Rajeev Nagar Narwal, Jammu with 07 grams of heroin (Chitta) like substance along with one scooty bearing Registration No. JK02DC-3635.
The team headed by SHO Police Station Bahu fort Inspector Amit assisted by Incharge Police Post Narwal PSI Sanjeev under the supervision of SDPO East Sheezan Bhat (JKPS) and SP South Ajay Sharma ( JKPS) apprehended the drug peddler and recovered heroine like substance from him
In this regard, a case FIR No. 68/2024 U/S 8/21/22/25 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Bahu Fort and investigation of the case taken up.
People have applauded the efforts of Jammu Police in taking taugh and decisive actions against drug peddlers.
Jammu Police enjoined upon all citizens of Jammu to be aware of drug menace and report any incident to jammu Police. The identity of person informing regarding this menace will not be disclosed to anyone. |
