KATHUA, Mar 27: NSS Units and the Department of Commerce at Government Degree College (Boys) Kathua recently organized a transformative Expert Talk focusing on "Motivation Through Goal Setting," with the patronage of the esteemed Principal, Prof. Seema Mir.
