| Ball Badminton Championship 2023-24 inaugurated | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 29: The "My Youth My Pride" initiative of the Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council kicked off the three-day Ball Badminton tournament at the Gindun Sports Stadium. Organized by the J&K Ball Badminton Association, under the auspices of the Ball Badminton Federation of India, the championship promises exciting matches and fierce competition.
Teams from across Jammu and Kashmir are set to participate, with each day featuring a packed schedule of 15 to 20 matches. Today, a total of 20 matches were fiercely contested, showcasing the talent and skill of around 300 enthusiastic participants.
Adhering to the regulations set by the Ball Badminton Federation of India, the tournament ensures fair play and adherence to standards. Furthermore, the championship serves as a platform for identifying and selecting players for upcoming national championships, highlighting the significance of this event in nurturing talent and promoting the sport at the national level.
