| Three Gamblers arrested, stake money | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 30: During the intervening night of 29/30-03-2024,a team of Police Post Pounichak headed by PSI Vijay Kumar was on patrolling duty in the area of Ranjit pur camp Gole Gujral area.
During patrolling duty at about 1200 hrs when police party reached Ajit colony near petrol pump found one auto e-riksaw bearing registration no.jk02DH/0885 parked along the road side in suspicious circumstances whille checking the said vehicle 03 persons namely jagdeep Singh s/o satnam Singh R/o Bhori 2.Harpal Singh s/o Kul want Singh 3.satinder Singh s/o Randeep Singh both R/o Camp Gole Gujral found indulging gambling with playing Cards using money & accordingly all the three persons got apprehended and stake money amounting ₹24360/- was recovered.
Cognizance taken under relevant sections of law. Locals have appreciated the efforts of police. |
