| Training for Officers/Officials held at Bandipora | | | Early Times Report
BANDIPORA, Mar 30: The District Election Office (DEO) Bandipora on Saturday conducted a training programme on election preparedness at mini secretariat Bandipora.
The training programme was presided over by Deputy District Election Officer, Mohammad Rafeeq Bhat.
The programme aimed to enhance the preparedness for the upcoming elections, ensuring smooth conduct and inclusivity.
The programme was attended by Liaison Officers appointed with Election Observers from the Election Commission of India (ECI), along with office assistants. The Deputy District Election Officer sensitized the participants about their crucial roles and duties during the electoral process besides the importance of following established protocols to ensure the integrity of the electoral process.
The programme also included discussions on establishing model polling stations to cater persons with special ability.
Among others, master trainer Ishtiyaq Samoon and Coordinator Manpower and training, Mir Irfan Maqbool were also present on the occasion. |
