Udhampur, Mar 31: Police team of PS Udhampur while performing routine naka checking at Himbra, Mansar, Police recovered 28 bottles of JK Desi Whisky from possession of one person namely Vijay Kumar S/O Late Mohan Lal R/O Mansar Tehsil & Distt. Udhampur who was selling the liquor illegally at his shop and was accordingly arrested.
In this regard case FIR No. 172/2024 U/S 48 (f) of Excise Act stands registered in Police Station Udhampur. Further investigation of the case is in progress. |
